Fullerton City Council Discusses Pension Increase January 6, 2009Watching this is an education in pension plans and shows what information should be considered when any public entity considers such a significant benefit increase. This is in contrast to the Sutter County 2004 approval of benefits on the consent calendar with no discussion. When the Sutter county Board of Supervisor increased pension benefits by 35% in 2004 none of this information was discussed in public and was not made available.
